Permissions

• Manage service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance, including deleting it as a whole.
• Edit content of service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing public data of this service instance.
• Administer: Allows managing requests. This permission also includes the “Attend” permission.
• Attend: Allows attending and transferring requests.
• Request: Allows registering requests and sending messages via text chat.
