Data
service request
- Question(string) : Phrase describing the customer's request.
- Status(integer) : Status of the request, which can be 'Waiting for Support', 'In Progress', 'Transferring Support' or 'Closed'.
- Request Time(date and time) : The time when the request was made.
- Support Time(date and time) : The time when the request was attended to by a support team member.
- Client(identifier) : Name of the client.
- Attendant(user or group) : Name of the support team member who attended to the request.

Permissioning
- Manage: Allows managing requests. This permission also includes the "Attend" permission.
Actions
- Delete : Permanently removes the request.
- Attend : Attends to the request.
