    • Question(string) : Phrase describing the customer's request.
    • Status(integer) : Status of the request, which can be 'Waiting for Support', 'In Progress', 'Transferring Support' or 'Closed'.
    • Request Time(date and time) : The time when the request was made.
    • Support Time(date and time) : The time when the request was attended to by a support team member.
    • Client(identifier) : Name of the client.
    • Attendant(user or group) : Name of the support team member who attended to the request.

    • Manage: Allows managing requests. This permission also includes the "Attend" permission.

    Actions

    • Delete : Permanently removes the request.
    • Attend : Attends to the request.
