The Banner service of LumisXP allows promoting advertising campaigns, events, products, or services of a company, through images and linkable HTML content to external URLs or internal pages of the portal.

The banners displayed on the portal can be of the types image, HTML or FLASH; shown either fixed or randomly (random display on each page refresh). They can also behave as links, referring to internal or external pages of the portal.

The Banner service of LumisXP also allows for the storage of both views and click tracking on the banners. For more information, access the link.

Permissions

• Manage service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance, including deleting it entirely.
• Edit service instance content: Allows managing all data of this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing public data of this service instance.
