The Media Repository service of LumisXP allows you to generate and manipulate a repository of files that can be shared by users of the solution and other services of the portal.

The repository allows publishing media for specific users or groups, inheriting publication permissions from the folder. New media added by default inherit this information from the folder.

Permissions

• Manage service instance: Allows managing all the data of this service instance, including deleting it entirely.
• Edit service instance content: Allows managing all the data of this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing public data of this service instance.
