    Content Performance

    For a registered content, it is possible to view a performance chart based on the number of views that the content had in the last period of 1 month. Along with the total value referring to the sum of the same period. For the field Views in the last 30 days to be visible, it is necessary to have an instance of the Customer Experience service in the same project as the service instance whose contents are being managed and that the current user has permission to access the Data Analysis area of that Customer Experience instance.

    If a click is made on one of those elements in the Views in the last 30 days field, there is a redirect to the content performance dashboard related to that content:

    The content performance values are cached, with the default value being 10 minutes. However, this time can be changed through the environment properties: lumis.service.analytics.eventanalytics.report.rest.ContentPerformanceResource or lumis.service.analytics.eventanalytics.report.rest.ContentPerformanceResource.<service instance identifier>. Or through property bag: lumis.service.analytics.eventanalytics.report.rest.ContentPerformanceResource.
