Workflow customizations are implemented in XML definition files. These files must be named workflowdefinition.xml and must be located in directories created specifically for customizations, starting from “lumisdata/def”.

Permissions

• Manage service instance: Allows management of all data for this service instance, including deleting it entirely.
• Edit content of service instance: Allows management of all data for this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing public data for this service instance.
