Privacy Policy: Administration

Allows management of privacy policy terms. Provides registration of new content, editing of previously existing content, and also the deletion of already registered content. Only one privacy policy term, per language, can be registered at a time, and it will be necessary to describe and explain the purposes of this term, as it will affect the control of privacy of LumisXP. Collected data that identifies the user can only be used for the purposes that were explained in the privacy policy.

Edit service instance content: Allows managing all data of this service instance with publisher profile.

Actions

Change data collection purpose :
This action will remove all consents from all users who had accepted this privacy policy and will anonymize all users who require it, since this data was collected for the old purpose, and users will need to accept this change in the purpose of the privacy policy.

Notes

The intent of this operation is to change the purpose of a term that has altered its data collection objective. For example, a solution that used the collected data to improve the user experience through interactions during their navigation, and decided to change its purpose to also offer products to the customer that aligned with their profile.
