    Monitoring Manager: Fields

    Listing of monitored event fields, these fields are defined in monitor-definition.xml files and are used to define an event.

    Through this screen, it will be possible to configure whether the value of a certain field identifies the user. After changing this configuration, it will apply to the anonymization treatment of new storage. To apply the current settings to already stored values, it will be necessary to perform the operation Anonymize all users without consent.
    Attention, once the data is anonymized, it will not be possible to recover its values.

    • Anonymize all users without consent :

      This action will execute the data anonymization operation for all users who did not consent to any privacy terms. If the user is a registered login user, only their activities will be anonymized.

      This operation is useful when there is user data that does not comply with the current settings, for example after updating LumisXP from previous versions to the anonymization functionality, or after changes in user attribute or monitored event field settings.

      The anonymization will be based on the data collection policy in the Environment Settings, settings of the user attributes and the monitored event fields.
