Content Preview

For each registered content, it is possible for the editor to preview it through the administrative interface, showing how such content will be published on the interfaces available to the end user. By published, it is understood that the content has already been approved in the workflow process and is understood on the stipulated date for publication.

Consider, for example, the administrative interface for News, and the content "News 1" not published on the portal (status of the workflow "in authorship", and with the start date already met).

When clicking on the link "Preview," a popup is displayed, where it is possible to view the content on the interfaces where it is available.

Additionally, there are fields available to select the interface you want to preview and the type of device for which the preview should be simulated.

In the figure below, the content can be viewed on the Details interface:

The editor can toggle the content preview between the available interfaces through the Detected pages field, and it is possible to simulate this preview on the mobile device selected in the Devices field as shown in the figure below.

In the figure below, the content preview is adjusted to simulate the screen of an Smartphone from Apple in the IPhone 5 model:

When editing already registered content, in any state of the workflow, it is also possible to preview how it will appear on the portal by clicking on save and preview:

When clicking on save and preview, the same content preview screen for the service interfaces will be displayed, in addition to saving the changes.

While in preview mode, it is possible to directly access the registered content through the provided link.
