Wiki : Desired Articles
It presents the form for adding a suggestion for an article in the Wiki. The new article can be added by any user in the environment, as long as they have permission to edit content in the Wiki. The suggested article may later be included as a link in the content of another article and thus be made available in the Wiki.

In the figure above, it is possible to see that "Article 1.3" still has no content and therefore is on the list of desired articles.

- Edit service instance content: Allows managing all data of this service instance with publisher profile.
