Meeting Room Schedule: Resource Management
Enables the management of resources for a meeting room and the management of meeting rooms to be made available for scheduling. Provides the registration of new meeting rooms, editing of previously existing rooms, and also the deletion of rooms that have already been registered. Additionally, it provides the registration of new resources to be used in the meeting, editing of existing resources, and also the deletion of resources that have already been registered.

Meeting Schedule
- Name(string) : Required field that must contain the name of the resource.
- Resource Type(integer) : Required field that must contain the type of resource so that it can be identified, during scheduling, as a room or some other type of resource. This distinction is necessary because during scheduling, the room is a mandatory resource.
