Service Instance Administration

A service Lumis is a feature and a service instance is a component that displays such functionality. Therefore, the portal works with service instances.

Among the Lumis services are: Alerts, Online Support, FAQ, Comments, among others.

The Lumis allows you to configure appearances and characteristics specific to each solution or application.

By accessing Manage Service Instance through the left button in the channel, all service instances belonging to a specific channel are displayed.

The figure below shows all the service instances of the “Documentation” channel.
