Portal Access Control

With the right mouse button on any channel, it is possible to access the general access control of the portal.

Manage portal security	(ALL PORTAL PERMISSIONS)	Allows managing access control to the LumisXP. However, in addition to a user having all permissions to manage the portal, they must be a member of the "Portal Administrators" group to be able to manage the other functional areas of the product: "Settings". At least one user must possess this permission.

Upload file		Allows uploading files to the portal. This permission is global. Only users with this permission can perform file upload in image and document services for example.
Manage user member		Allows global users to be members of a group or an access control.
Manage group member		Allows global groups to be members of a group or an access control.
