MacrotYPES are a way to categorize files in relation to their type in a macro way. There are four file macrotYPES in the portal: Audio, Video, Image, and Other.

The portal has an automatic mechanism to classify files into macrotYPES, but if the administrator wants, he can define mappings that match content-types with macrotYPES.

Permissioning

• Manage service instance: Allows management of all data of this service instance, including deleting it entirely.
• Edit content of service instance: Allows management of all data of this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing of public data of this service instance.
