Customized CSS files with formats for the portal, channels, and pages must be registered so that the portal can incorporate them before they are actually used. Customized files must be in "www" or in subdirectories so that they can be interpreted by the portal.

Permissions

• Manage service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance, including deleting it as a whole.
• Edit content of service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing public data of this service instance.
