Identification
Area Tags
It is possible to define whether the channel will inherit the Area Tags from the parent channel to which the channel created from the template belongs. In the case of channel templates, all Area Tags defined in the template will be carried over to the new channel created from it. It is possible to use ELs to allow for the automatic creation of unique Area Tags. For more details, consult the topic Area Tags.
Identifier
- ID: Identifier assigned to the channel template at the time of its creation;
- Automatically generate friendly identifier: Indicates whether the friendly identifier should be automatically generated by the portal.
- Friendly identifier: Friendly identifier that represents this channel. This identifier cannot be repeated in two or more channels that belong to the same parent channel. When automatically generated, the friendly identifier uses the name of the channel as a basis for generation, with some transformations performed to ensure uniqueness among child elements of the same parent. When not generated automatically, this field is mandatory, and it is recommended to use only non-accented lowercase alphanumeric characters as the value for this field. This field has a limit of 50 characters.
