    Allows users not registered on the portal (user "guest") to sign up. Registered users on the portal who wish to receive newsletters through another email can also use this subscription interface.

    Screens

    Public Subscription
    • Email Format (full, required field) : The format of the email to be sent, which can be HTML or Text.
    • Email (string, maximum length: 255) : The email address that will receive the newsletter.
    • Category(ies) : The available categories to subscribe to.

    Permissions

    • Subscribe: Allows subscribing to categories in the service instance.

    Actions

    • Subscribe: Saves subscription changes made to the list.
    • Unsubscribe: Cancels all subscriptions.
