In order for the HTML templates registered in this repository to be available in the administration of an instance of service, the two service instances (the HTML template repository and the other service) must be associated. This association is made in the instance of the other service.

For example, if you want to use the HTML templates registered in this repository in the News service, you must navigate to the instance of News through the Portal Studio and associate the desired HTML template instance.

Thus, when adding or editing a news item, it will be possible to select the templates HTML registered in the associated HTML template repository through the Insert HTML button in the toolbar of your HTML editor.

Permissions

• Manage service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance, including deleting it entirely.
• Edit content of service instance: Allows managing all data of this service instance with publisher profile.
• View service instance: Allows viewing public data of this service instance.
