Cache Update Rules
By default, when publishing content, all caches of the interfaces and pages that have any interface of this service instance are cleared. This is because usually the detail interface contains content menus that need to be cleared. Now if you select "Disable clearing of all details cache when publishing content", when publishing content, the cache of all details will not be cleared. This should be used in scenarios where the menu is being generated separately on another page and imported via SSI or AJAX into the detail interface. However, there is the possibility to clear the immediate parent's cache of the published content, all of the content's children recursively, and all of the content's siblings. These three options are only available if "Disable clearing of all details cache when publishing content" is selected; otherwise, none of the three options will be available.
