Publish for Users and Groups

It is possible to make the content available to different profiles. Assuming that the content is only suitable for the HR or IT department of the company. It is possible to specify that only users from an IT group and the HR group, which were created in the group management of Lumis, will view this content. This ensures the security of content publication in the Portal and other users will not see the content.

By default, the content will be published for all users only in your service instance. The default is changed if an instance or group is defined.

From the moment content is published for "users and groups," it will automatically be visible only to the members defined in the profiling. Other users will no longer view the content.
