Workflow Comments

Functionality that allows the exchange of information between publishers, keeping all observations attached to the content.

Instead of publishers exchanging information via email about specific content, it is possible through this functionality to exchange the same information about the content, keeping a link between the content and the exchanged information. In the case of exchanging information via email, this link would not be as direct and convenient.

A message counter is displayed that always shows how many messages are registered in the system.

All publishers are allowed to register messages, and they are stored in the History for viewing by others.
