Database

This section describes the necessary steps to create the database for LumisXP on the database server.

First, define the environment variables LUMIS_HOME and JAVA_HOME in the file setup/setclasspath.cmd, if necessary. The example below uses the absolute installation paths of the environment.

setclasspath.cmd:

SET LUMIS_HOME=C:/lumisportal_release_number if "%JAVA_HOME%" == "" (SET JAVA_HOME=C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.8.0_25)

setclasspath.sh (if the environment is linux):

[ -z "$LUMIS_HOME" ] && LUMIS_HOME=/lumisportal_release_number [ -z "$JAVA_HOME" ] && JAVA_HOME=/java/jdk1.8.0_25

According to the version used of the database server, access the corresponding section to check the instructions on how to generate the SQL script and create the database.
